yet another Inbox post. its good though, shows I have been finding interesting stuff online for no reason. haha.

this is a series of videos of the Channel 8 Mega Drama of the Year© Kinship (手足)'s various actors and actresses telling ghost stories.

most of the stories are not really that scary. I did watch all the videos but I shall name those that actually left an impression.

Wenlong one not bad.

Cynthia's is kinda unreal because of the rushed ending.

Elvin's is pretty lame I personally think.

Jessica's laugh at the end spoilt it all.

I like Eelyn's one most, it is probably the scariest among all of them I guess.

Chen Tianwen one... ah, lets just say you will find a sense of familiarity with it =)

dont need to prepare things (or maybe a person. lol) to scratch or bite on. take it as an entertaining waste of time. haha.

a funny video about people scaring other people. however, when you are the third party, everything seems funny instead.

especially like the guy eating a banana and screaming like a gay one. haha.

a few days ago at my Primary 6's class's gathering, I heard the Chinese version of Avril Lavigne's Girlfriend from the EA Trax of Burnout on his PSP. it is really funny.

so I decided to see if I have any luck finding it online. and my good buddy Imeem once again did not disappoint me.

the translation is EXTREMELY literal. take a look at the lyrics.

it is sang by Avril herself, I am not joking. otherwise how would it be on EA Trax?

found another way to post the photoblogs. Much easier and effective. I like =D

the embedded slideshow makes things less boring while giving a quick preview at the same time. I recommend you take a look at the fullsize gallery by clicking on it instead.

this is taken at the start of this holiday. it is also considered a test of the K800's abilities in daytime with greenery. I think it is pretty well done.

I will repost the Antnia in the same way as well. I am too lazy to do the rest la.

UPDATE: upon the suggestion of a random owl flying by friendly and beautiful girl's suggestion, I decided to remove some of the tags till I have a better idea of what to write about. the bottom parts are really stupid after all.

this is the final photolog for this round of updates. I just noticed some problem with the image codes for the previous two photologs but I cant be bothered. just squint a bit la. haha.

shall attempt to put larger-sized photos and see if they fit.

the macro on the ants are really beautiful. I included the link to the gallery here. do take a look at it from there. the clarity is pretty different.

I actually had quite a good story in mind, but I forgot about it halfway through writing this and so some parts of this seem rather lame. blame it solely on my lack of brain cells.

after all it is 2.30am now and I am not a night owl. I function better in the day you see.

back when I created this I was actually quite enthusiastic since I am trying out the 3.2MP camera of the K800 with its flash, which was quite a novelty three months back.

now I feel it is just my bad habit acting up again. but since I had them all prepared back then but never got to uploading them, dont use also quite a waste. so here you go.



bryan's MP3 player which I borrow over the weekend at about that time. it is really good, especially when paired with the bundled earphones with the EQ and noise cancellation turned on. too bad the software for transferring songs is crap.

the two pictures above are taken with this trusty old digital camera. it takes photos at 2MP by the way. while K800 takes bigger photos, this takes photos better in the dark since its flash is better.



1GB CF card for the digital camera. a bit over 20 dollars only. compared to the 120 over dollars I paid for the 2GB M2 card for K800, this is dirt cheap.



the things I bought on my trip that day. now that I look back at it, I must have had plenty of money with me at that time.



a size comparison. I used the MSPD (blue one) with the K750 till I changed to K800 , which uses the M2 (black).



the TV card. bought this for the stupid TV recording software, which doesnt work with Vista anyway. should have stuck with my old card. argh.

I think I have enough for one more photolog coming right up.

I havent updated for quite some time. since I have now found a shortcut to making photologs that is hopefully sustainable, I will take this oppurtunity to try it out.

these are some photos from a wedding I attended a very long time ago. sometime in march I think, at some four or five star hotel in orchard la.

no particular reason for taking them actually. in fact, usually, I dont even bother to take photos of weddings. just happens that this bride is chio I wanted to test out the K800i which was not even a few weeks old at that time yet.



this is that classic champagne pouring thing la. no need explain you also know one.



then must do the "you drink from my glass, I drink from your glass" thing. I imagine that one day when I attend a wedding dinner the couple gets their hands entangled and end up spilling the drink. HAHA. sorry.



after drink already must look affectionately at each other for 10 seconds till the emcee decides to speak up.



the bride smiling at the emcee for some reason. the emcee is some relative by the way, so she is not trying to look for another husband so quickly. the real husband seems to be smiling at the hotel guy though...



this photographer no ethics one. block the shot of another photographer just like that. the bride looks quite ugly here. guess it is a bad angle.



oi, uncle, block enough already or not. now for that yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam seng thing already. must take a good shot of that.



finally that bugger disappeared. the classic yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam seng ceremony begins.

wanted to talk about this tap as well. this is in their washroom. as you can see, the water flows out of the slit in the wall of the sink. when you dont turn the tap, you will have no idea where the water will come from. I must admit I felt a bit suaku for that short period of time.
