imagine your little sister calling you names when you refuse to bring her along to somewhere like those in the last two columns. you havent been teaching her properly. hah.
(she IS a girl. apparently the "he" part is a real typo.)
you can see that her teeth havent formed properly so her pronounication sounds like they are "leaking air" (漏风）, and so bully became bueeeeeeee, not typos.
