well I am back from the chalet after 3 days. I will give more details about the stay later when I am free enough since such entries usually take around 2 hours to produce.
since I have nothing to do again, I surfed around hardwarezone forums and came across a thread discussing about the Durex GSS 2005.
Durex is the world's largest condom maker and of course their surveys must be sex related. thus, GSS 2005 stands for Global Sex Survey 2005.
I headed over to their website to take a look at the results. I finally found the reason to why singapore is facing the problems of aging population like Japan

singapore is the seventh latest at 18.4 years old. about three and a half more years to go before I reach national average then.
india is at a shocking 19.8 years old, taking the latest spot. iceland is earliest at 15.6 years old. they are probably generating heat to warm themselves up the natural way.

I agree that it should start before teenage years. if it exceeds teenage years they will probably go look for more info themselves anyway.
singapore thinks the correct age is 12.7 years old. personally I think 11.5 or something might be better. chileans think it should start at 10.7 (may get them too overly curious) while india thinks it should be 13.9 (a bit too late to savage anything)
