after looking at blogs at a almost daily basis since March 2004. I noticed that blogskins designs changed from the ancient ones (like mine) with sections all listed out at once to those that requires you to press a particular button where a particular frame will hide or unhide the particukar section according to the button you hit.
I have been stuck at version 3 of the blog for way too long. if I am not wrong it dates all the way back to December 2004. half a year has passed and the blog had closed down temporaily and reopened once, music player replaced with a jukebox and blahblahblah but the template has been static.
to show how unupdated I am, I have not even tried editing a single skin based on the new concept of hiding/unhiding sections. in my next overhaul I think I would just shamelessly rip a skin off blogskins and edit it instead. would go with the newer type of skin just to see how it works. well it is good to upgrade yourself every once in a while anyways...
as usual when I propose the idea it will take a few days (or weeks) before the idea gets into action. would be pretty busy wrapping up the IPW...
